Movies that are made in, or are about, the desert. Surprisingly few, though I need to do some more research. This list does NOT include movie locations in the desert that doubled for other areas (the Alabama Hills comes to mind, which have been touted as anywhere from alien landscapes to Genghis Khan's Asia).
